If an airport transfer is requested, please proceed to baggage claim upon arrival into Harry Reid International Airport, where a driver will greet you and assist with luggage.

Additional details including a confirmation number will be provided in a personal itinerary that you will receive prior to arriving.
Ground transportation to and from all program functions will be provided from ARIA Resort & Casino.

Tuesday’s Welcome Dinner will take place at Carbone Riviera which is located at Bellagio Resort & Casino. Transportation will not be provided, as it is located next door to ARIA Resort & Casino. Please plan for a 10-minute walk.

Additionally, Wednesday’s dinner festivities will take place at Superfrico which is located at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.
