Each guest will receive a confirmation know-before-you-go one week prior to the event with all detailed event information.

PRO-AM

Your Pro will be selected in advance and shared the evening prior to the Coca-Cola Invitational Pro-Am.

Food and beverages will be available at all event functions.

The Post Round Shootout is held at Shadow Creek Clubhouse at approximately 3pm on Thursday, December 3rd.

Caddie fees for each group are covered by the event for both practice and CCI Pro-Am which includes the base rate and gratuity. Players are encouraged to provide an additional tip to their caddie for their services.

AIRLINE AND TRAVEL

Yes. The Coca-Cola Invitational team will not be booking any flight reservations. Please remember to provide us with your flight information no later than September 30th to ensure appropriate transportation is coordinated if requested.

Please fly into Harry Reid International Airport (LAS).

Yes, the Coca-Cola Invitational team will be providing transportation to/from the hotel and airport if requested within registration. Upon arrival, please proceed to baggage claim where a driver will meet you and help assist with luggage. Transportation will be provided for all program functions including to/from Shadow Creek Golf Course.

HOTEL/ACCOMMODATIONS

No. The Coca-Cola Invitational team will be booking hotel rooms.

The Coca-Cola Invitational will happily cover three (3) night accommodations, 12/1-12/4, at ARIA Resort & Casino.

Yes. You will be responsible for all incidentals incurred at ARIA Resort & Casino but all other functions within the program will be compliments of The Coca-Cola Invitational.

The Coca-Cola Invitational team will be happy to assist in booking shoulder nights while in Las Vegas. Please note that these are subject to availability and any additional costs will be covered by each individual.

HOTEL/ACCOMMODATIONS

The dress code for the dinners and evening functions is Smart Casual / Vegas Chic for both gentlemen and ladies. The attire for the tournament will be long pants or Bermuda length shorts and shirts with collars. Ladies should wear similarly appropriate length shorts/skirts/skorts and a collared shirt.

The first week of December is one of the most pleasant times to visit Las Vegas if you don’t mind cool evenings.

Typical weather is:

  • ☀️ Average daytime high: 59–61°F
  • 🌙 Average nighttime low: 40–42°F

You can generally expect:

  • Mostly sunny skies (Las Vegas averages over 300 sunny days per year).
  • Very low humidity.
  • Little rainfall, though an occasional winter shower is possible.
  • Cool mornings and evenings that require a jacket.
